Leigh-Anne Pinnock has shared her top beach confidence tips.

The Little Mix star may have recently broken up with her former fiancé Zayn Malik, but she showed off one toned body while working in the US.

Posing with her Little Mix bandmante Leigh-Anne Pinnock poolside in LA last week, Perrie looked stunning in a multi-coloured bikini. However, she’s stumped when asked for her top beach confidence tips.

“I’m not the most body-confident person. I think maybe ask Leigh-Anne this question – LOL,” she laughed to Superdrug’s Dare magazine.

“Find a bikini or costume that you’re comfortable in and love. Before my beach holidays I tend to focus on the abs and get them toned to I’m ready for some bikini-bod piccies,” Leigh-Anne interjected. “I try to train three to four times a week depending on my schedule. I train either early morning before work or when I have the odd days off. It’s hard fitting it all in, but it’s become part of my lifestyle.”

Little Mix have become global stars thanks to their catchy tracks. The band, also consisting of Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall, are known for their wardrobe choices and flirt between sexy and playful when it comes to clothes.

Their attitude to make-up on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired.

“Not taking my make-up off when I’ve had it done the day before by my make-up artists. That’s so bad!” Jesy cringed of her beauty sin.

“Sleeping in my make-up! I’m not as bad as I used to be, but it’s quite gross, and soooo bad for your skin,” Perrie added.
