Rachel Bilson admires simple style

Rachel Bilson thinks stars who have an "effortless, individual style" always look great.

The actress is famed her for edgy fashion choices, and looks to stars who wear similar designs for inspiration.

Rachel is regularly hailed a style icon, but insists she has a few of her own.

"It'd have to be Diana Vreeland. She was the editor of US Vogue in the '60s. She was so cool and before her time. She took things out of the box and had such an eye for fashion. She's my inspiration," she gushed in an interview with British magazine Closer.

"I love the way Sienna Miller dresses. And Diane Kruger and the Olsen twins look fab, too. I just love anyone with an effortless, individual style."

Rachel wants to steer clear of designing her own clothes range a la Ashley and Mary-Kate though.

"I don't know if I'll dabble in that area any time soon. The way the Olsen twins do it is great. Their lines are wonderful," she gushed.

"The Row is one of my favourite labels. I love its simplicity."

Rachel also revealed her top style tips. The brunette beauty thinks fashionistas should turn heads with their accessories.

"You should always have one statement necklace. They really help to turn a regular outfit into something special and unique to you," she said, before adding: "I always go for a nice bag with a great big pop of colour - they are really eye-catching and can transform any neutral-toned outfit into something really special."
