Rihanna bares all in selfie

Rihanna has bared her natural beauty for a candid snap on Instagram.

The 25-year-old has jetted back to her home country of Barbados for the Christmas holidays.

Known for flaunting her figure in candid snaps on her Instagram account, Rihanna didn't disappoint when she touched down on the island and posted a photo for fans.

Showing off her stunning bare face and wearing a dark green bikini, gold loop earrings and thick gold bangles, the Bajan star posed seductively for the camera. Her messy black curls were scraped up into a loose bun as she pulled a series of expressions at her phone.

"She Heauxm #Rasta (sic)" she wrote alongside the picture.

However, showing fans her fun side, Rihanna also posted a photo with a similar pose but with a cheeky grin on her face.

Her natural sex appeal may be one of the reasons Balmain hired her as the new face of its spring 14 campaign.

The label's creative director Olivier Rousteing is excited about the effect Rihanna will have on the brand's sales and credits her natural confidence for making the advertisements unique.

"In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world," he gushed.

"When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete."

He also believes she is an "icon" and described her as uncompromising, fresh and modern.

Rihanna was shot by Dutch photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin inNew York. The final photos will appear in fashion publications from January.
