Rihanna’s personal trainer has revealed the star’s keep-fit tricks.
The fitness guru understands it can be hard to do a proper workout while on tour, so encourages the singer to reach for an alternative to weights.
“You don’t need to go to the gym,” he explained to British magazine Star.
“I get people to get a couple of dumbbells or cans of soup.”
Harley explained Rihanna does his Five-Factor workout while on the road, a 25-minute regime which is split into five-minute chunks and features a cardio warm-up.
She also uses a spinning bike that has moving handlebars to work the core muscles.
“She loves to ride a stationary bike,” he revealed.
“It’s lightweight and easy to transport, so she can work out in her hotel room.”
The 24-year-old singer apparently has a penchant for salty, carbohydrate-laden foods.
However, with the support of her trainer, she manages to stick to three healthy meals a day.
“Every time she eats there should be a low-fat protein, a healthy carbohydrate, fibre, a healthy fat and a sugar-free drink,” he listed.
“But one day a week she eats what she wants.”
The pretty star showed off her fabulous figure at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, wearing a red Azzedine Alaïa gown.
