Rita Ora made a spectacular appearance at the Bal De La Rose Du Rocher in Monaco dressed in a burlesque-inspired Chanel outfit over the weekend.

The singer donned the burlesque-inspired dress which was similar to the frilly showgirl outfits from the past.

The 22-year-old star looked ravishing in the creation, which saw her step away from her usual urban street style look.

Rita was joined by the dress' creator Chanel frontman Karl Lagerfeld to pose for pictures at the prestigious event on Saturday evening.

The fancy frock consisted of a black and white corset with a flowing pink train.

The glamorous beauty added luxury lingerie which could be seen peeping out from under the gown, strappy white embellished heels and a classic Hollywood updo.

Rita performed at the charitable evening which was in aid of the Princess Grace Foundation, a charity supporting various paediatric health initiatives.

Earlier this month it was announced that the theme of the weekend's charity event would be 'Belle et Pop'.

Karl announced he would mix music and imagery from the golden age in France with the latest in rap and soul tunes for the fundraising party. As well as designing for Rita, Karl also created rapper Theophilus London's outfit for the event. He also dressed the Prague Concert Philharmonic, who helped to provide the night's entertainment.
