Salma Hayek has shared her essential wardrobe items for attending fashion shows around the world.

The actress has discussed the clothing items she can't go without during show season.

Salma, who is a regular on the front rows at the biggest catwalk shows, shared her packing tips to help make the hectic fashion schedule a little easier.

“I’m never without my black Saint Laurent blazer, a good pair of black jeans, or Gucci walking boots with small high heels," Salma revealed to Style.com. "Which are essential for travelling.”

Salma named Christopher Kane and Gucci as two of the designers she'll be checking out this season. The jet-setter shared another expert piece of advice she follows for maintaining energy levels while on-the-go. As well as her roles as actress, mother and director, Salma is the co-founder of Cooler Cleanse juicing company. Salma started the juicing business in 2008 after she became fascinated with the health benefits, which delivers bottled juices to homes around the US in fresh, chilled packs.

“I do my [juice] cleanse for a day or two, sometimes even three days, depending on the level of the damage I have done,” Salma joked alluding to her hectic schedule that includes constant back-and-forth travel between film and fashion venues. “Cleansing is like a meditation. It makes me stop, focus, and think about what I’m putting into my body.”

Her favourite healthy beverage is the essential green juice, which is packed with ingredients like lemons, cucumbers, spinach and parsley. Salma explained that sipping on this super food drink helps aid her maintain focus during the frantic fashion month.

“It’s a great way to start your day, and is full of vitamins—plus it’s great for your skin,” she finished.
