Sandra Bullock 'motivated' to exercise
Sandra Bullock is "extremely motivated and driven" when it comes to her work-out routine.
The stunning star enlisted the help of trainer-to-the-stars Simone De La Rue a year ago. She has since been showing off an enviably toned body.
Simone has revealed that Sandra is very committed when it come to her fitness regime.
"Sandy has completely transformed her body since starting BBS [Body By Simone]" Simone told RadarOnline. "She puts in an hour a day, six times a week! She is extremely motivated and driven."
Simone says the pair include a mixture of exercises to isolate different muscle groups in Sandra's body. The fitness expert includes toning and strengthening workouts with dance cardio to ensure Sandra is achieving her full potential.
"Sandy loves toned arms," she added.
Simone also revealed that they work together to build "long, lean muscle without adding bulk".
Sandra has been showing off the results of her strict fitness regime to full effect of late. The Oscar-winning actress appeared at the premiere of her new film Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in New York.
The 47-year-old beauty wore a chic Alexander McQueen trouser suit. The plunging neckline and tailored jacket highlighted her toned physique.
