Scherzinger spins away junk

Nicole Scherzinger treated herself to a Sunday roast after hitting the gym hard at the weekend.

The gorgeous star hit Birmingham, UK, on Saturday to perform at the Free Radio Live concert at the LG Arena.

On her way back, the 36-year-old made a pit stop at a service station, where she hit up KFC, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and stocked up on chocolate bars. After posting her foodie delights on Instagram, she repented by going hard at the gym.

"Ahhh yea had a wicked workout w/my girl @blockettagram #spinning to spin off all the junk food from my service station adventure last night! #happysunday #firstdayoffinLondon !!! (sic)," Nicole wrote on Instagram adding a picture of herself and a friend pulling poses while dressed in workout gear.

It certainly doesn't look like the singer has anything to worry about in the fitness department. While performing in Birmingham, Nicole opted for a black crop top and baggy black sequinned trousers, putting her amazing abs on display.

And following her spinning session, the brunette beauty rewarded herself with a very British roast dinner.

"#GirlsSundayRoast good for the soul... #happysunday #firstdayoffinLondon (sic)," she wrote, adding a picture of herself with three friends.

Nicole is now in a good place after struggling with an eating disorder in the past. In a candid interview she opened up about how she learnt to love her body.

"I had a lot of people helping me. I had doctors who put me on medication because they didn't know how they could help me psychologically. It's a mental illness," she previously told British Cosmopolitan magazine.

"I worked on myself a lot. Once you're free from the chains of it, it's liberating because you waste so much of your energy putting yourself down. Hating yourself and saying, 'I'm not enough.' It really does consume your whole life.

"You get your life back when you let go. Us chicks are so hard on ourselves, we're always comparing ourselves but you gotta put your energy somewhere that feels good. And now I just flipping love myself!"
