Sienna Miller has revealed her top beauty icon and how much she really exercises.

Many would select Sienna for the honour, with the star often topping best-dressed lists for her impeccable style on the red carpet.

But the 33-year-old actress looks up to Keira, 30, who is famed for her razor-sharp cheekbones and perfect pout.

"The most beautiful woman I've ever seen? Keira Knightley. She has simply stunning genes!" Sienna gushed to German magazine Jolie.

Speaking of her own beauty routine, the blonde admits she's started using a lot more foundation as she ages. She revealed some more tips and tricks for keeping that youthful glow alive.

"At home I drink a lot of still water, when I go to a restaurant I have sparkling water," she said of staying hydrated, adding she does have some vices.

"I love crisps. When I was breastfeeding, I just couldn't stop eating them. I was just constantly hungry."

Sienna has been open about her struggle to lose the baby weight after she and fiancé Tom Sturridge welcomed daughter Marlowe in July 2012. Two years on, it can still be tough to make the time for a workout.

"It's hard, because there's just no structure to my day," she admitted.

"With a child and my job, I have enough to do, I can't always make it to the gym. I do try to do something with my trainer Efua Baker every now and again, preferably yoga, but that's not enough of course."
