Snooki inspires moms to work out
Snooki thinks every mom needs some help getting her body back after pregnancy.
The pint-sized reality TV star gave birth to her second child with fiancé Jionni LaValle in September, with the proud parents welcoming daughter Giovanna Marie into the world.
Since then Snooki has been on a health kick, taking to the gym on a regular basis to drop the baby pounds.
"Every MOM needs a little extra help sometimes. Thanks @1800Cinchers for helping me out. www.1800cinchers.com #1800cinchers (sic)," Snooki captioned a mirror selfie of herself looking trim.
She also uploaded a video to the photo-sharing site, showing her doing pull-ups while wearing a black gym ensemble complete with cap.
"Trying to build up my arm strength back!!!! #2monthspostpartum.
"Hard chest workout today with @anthonymichaelfit...animal! ? (sic)," she posted next to another workout video.
It's not just an exercise overhaul Snooki is currently experiencing; the 26-year-old is also on a healthy-eating kick.
When she rose to fame in MTV show Jersey Shore, Snooki was well known for her love of partying and would often down alcoholic drinks and binge-eat junk food. However, since becoming a mother to son Lorenzo in 2012, her attitude to food has changed - although her new healthy-eating regime doesn't always go to plan.
"Before I went on LIVE on HSN for my perfume, I texted Joey that I had the runs because I drank too much green tea. I drank probably three venti green tea lattes and I couldn’t stop having diarrhea (sic)," Snooki wrote on her blog.
