Snooki the yoga Queen
Snooki has stunned her fans by sharing a picture of herself performing an incredibly impressive yoga move.
The 27-year-old former Jersey Shore star works out with personal trainer Anthony Michael a minimum of four times per week for sessions lasting between 45 minutes to an hour.
And it seems the reality star’s regular exercise regime is definitely paying off, with Snooki showing off the fruits of her labour on her Instagram page on Thursday.
In the snap shared on Instagram, Snooki is seen balancing her entire body weight on one arm, which is placed between her legs as she lifts herself off the floor.
Even amazed herself at her ability, Snooki captioned the shot: “No seriously tho.”
While Snooki was stunned by her move, she is no stranger to being flexible. She formerly was a gymnast for eight years, and was also a prominent member of her cheerleading team during her time at school.
Snooki has totally reinvented herself since her time on MTV reality show Jersey Shore.
She is now mother to two young children with husband Jionni LaValle and has focused her career on the health and wellbeing sector.
In a recent post on her blog, Snooki opened up about the importance of taking care of oneself.
“Whether it’s about losing a few pounds or eating healthier or taking care of your skin, a little work for self-improvement will do wonders!” she wrote.
Despite having earned herself hoards of new fans thanks to her new career direction, Snooki still has those who criticise her via various social networks.
However, Snooki has made it her mission never to let such comments get her down.
“Even if you’re not at the point where you’re like, I’m at my goal weight and everything, you STILL have to love yourself and not let the haters get to you! Haters are jealous, they need to relax.
“You’re always going to have haters and people who want to push you down just because you’re successful and living your life the way you want. Always be your number one fan!”
