Britney Spears has been working hard to hone her physique recently, revisiting some of her old fitness regimes.
The American singer is known for her fluctuating weight, having sported both rock-hard abs and a flabbier physique in the past.
Last week the mother-of-two was photographed looking stunning in a skimpy bikini which proved she is back to her toned best. The star has apparently started working out more since her split from fiancé Jason Trawick, especially now she has found love again with David Lucado.
"Britney has really got her fitness back. It's a fresh start for her. As well as things going well with David, she's been working out a lot and feels great as a result," an insider told Heat magazine.
The star has reportedly completely overhauled her workout regime recently. She was once famous for her punishing dedication to fitness and has revisited some of her old favourites.
Britney has also looked at her diet. She is known to enjoy calorific food, such as friend chicken, but has realised it doesn't do her figure any favours.
"Brit is back to doing her famous 1,000-a-day sit-ups and eating a more balanced diet, rather than just fried food," the source explained.
The star has also been looking more groomed recently, following claims her mother Lynne had suggested she get a live-in stylist and make-up artist to ensure she always looked her best.
