Spears: My body has changed
Britney Spears has opened up about her post-pregnancy workout regimes and how having children altered her body.
The 33-year-old Toxic hitmaker has two children, Jayden and Sean Federline, and still continues to stun with her svelte and fit physique. But she says her body has experienced changes since having kids.
"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," she told the January edition of America’s Women’s Health magazine. "After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape. But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise."
Now she’s on top of what makes her body tick, Britney has implemented a solid regime for keeping herself in shape. The star revealed she swims, dances, does yoga and lifts light weights.
And while many would employ a personal trainer to crack the whip when motivation fails, the star says she’s never had an issue sticking to her workout plans because she enjoys it.
"I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated," Britney explained.
Things are going well for the blonde beauty at the moment. Her Piece Of Me residency continues at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, and her love life has taken a new turn.
After breaking up with former boyfriend David Lucado, Britney recently began dating producer Charlie Ebersol, whose father is Saturday Night Live co-creator Dick Ebersol.
