Stefani's post baby body

Gwen Stefani is said to be exercising and dieting since giving birth to son Apollo in February.

The 44-year-old singer and her husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed their third little boy into the world at the end of February, who joins eight-year-old Kingston and five-year-old Zuma. Since then Gwen is said to be working hard in getting back into shape, following a strict diet while doing so.

"Following the birth, Gwen weighed 10st 4lbs. Since having Apollo she's been doing 90-minute workouts each morning, involving cardio and light weights," a source told British magazine Closer. "She's been following a low-calorie, low-carb diet and has banned booze and dairy."

Gwen, who stands at 5ft 6in, is reportedly almost back to her pre-baby figure. Her dedication to staying fit appears to be proving easy for the blonde star, who incorporates it into her career.

"Gwen's told pals she sees being in shape as part of her job," the source added. "She's almost back to her usual 9st and loves that her hard work has paid off."

Although the musician is now looked up to by females all over the world for her stylish appearance and toned physique, she previously admitted it took her a while to become comfortable in her own skin. Alongside her music career Gwen has her own fashion line L.A.M.B. and has taken part in numerous collaborations.

"I suffered a lot with love and body image and all the normal things you deal with as a teenager," she previously revealed. "But it goes by and then you don't have those problems anymore. Hang in there because it's not going to last, and it all makes you stronger. I had a lot of fun and I was a real goody two-shoes - I don't regret that one bit."
