Swift singing at VS show

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift and Fall Out Boy have been confirmed to perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The annual lingerie catwalk extravaganza takes place this month and will be broadcast on American channel CBS in December.

It's been announced that the 23-year-old country singer and rockers Fall Out Boy will take to the stage to perform during the event.

The blonde beauty follows in the footsteps of stars such as Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars, who have previously sung at the runway show.

Also signed up for this year are bands A Great Big World and Neon Jungle.

Justin, 19, made waves when he performed in 2012, thanks to his supposed flirtation with models such as Miranda Kerr after the show.

His lothario antics are even said to be part of the reason why he and 21-year-old singer Selena Gomez broke up at the end of last year.

With Taylor's slim, tall frame, pretty face and flowing locks, the singer herself could easily be mistaken for a model.

However, Taylor has laughed these compliments off in the past, claiming she would never make the cut as a coveted Angel.

“That’s so nice! But no, I didn’t ever think [about doing modelling],” she laughed to Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O.

“Music was always just everything. As soon as I started writing songs, that was it. I don’t think I ever thought that modelling thing was a possibility. No I could not [do it now]! Victoria’s Secret would not let me in!”
