Tamara Ecclestone relies on healthy snacks

Tamara Ecclestone snacks on "carrots and celery sticks" to keep her slim frame.

The English-Croation socialite likes to stick to a particular diet in order to maintain her enviable figure.

The 27-year-old star has revealed her daily meal choices.

"Porridge with skimmed milk for breakfast and a cup of green tea. Lunch is normally chicken with green beans and broccoli, and for dinner steak and salad," she explained in an interview with Closer magazine.

"I snack on almonds, carrots, celery sticks and apples."

Despite being the daughter of billionaire Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, Tamara avoids certain 'posh' foods.

The brunette star prefers comfort food instead.

"[I refuse to eat] smoked salmon, foie gras and caviar," she said, before revealing the foods she'd most like to take on a desert island with her.

"Corn on the cob, chicken and Diet Coke because they are my favourite foods and I can make a quick and easy barbecue," she smiled.
