The 30-year-old presenter was joined by parents Sharon and Ozzy and sibling Jack as she enjoyed the star-studded ceremony at the Grosvenor House in London, England.
Kelly opted for a figure-hugging black floor length gown which clung to her curves in all the right places.
She added a splash of colour to her ensemble thanks to her lavender coloured hair and a slick of red lipstick.
And it seems that black was the shade of the evening for the Osbournes.
Kelly’s mother Sharon, 62, also went for a black gown, but added some embellishments with silver detailing across the chest.
Ozzy, 66, and his 29-year-old son Jack both looked dapper for the occasion in black suits.
Ozzy, who boasts the nickname the Prince of Darkness, teamed his jacket and trousers with a black top, while Jack went for an even smarter look with his white shirt and grey tie.
The family weren’t the only celebrities to attend the ceremony, hosted by British newspaper the Daily Mirror.
Little Mix went for an eclectic look in their unique ensembles as they posed for photographers on the red carpet.
Perrie Edwards donned a black and white netted peplum top with matching trousers, with her blonde hair slicked back and away from her face.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock also opted for a monochrome look in her white jumpsuit and black and gold cummerbund, while Jesy Nelson looked svelte in her black gown.
Jade Thirlwall, meanwhile, added some colour in her pastel pink trouser suit and matching shoes.
Former footballer David Beckham was among the dapper dudes at the event, looking as sharp as ever in his black suit and tie.
His wife Victoria was absent from the occasion, however, as she was busy with her duties as a UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador, attending the Fashion 4 Development's 5th annual Official First Ladies luncheon at The Pierre Hotel in New York.
