Tori Spelling 'done with surgery'
Tori Spelling is reportedly the happiest she's ever been with her lean body.
The American actress has previously admitted to undergoing many cosmetic procedures, including a nose job and a series of breast implant operations, which had to be corrected after bad surgery.
Tori - who has four children with husband Dean McDermott - is now reportedly happier than ever with her enviably toned body.
"Tori's now at the stage where she finally feels happy in her own skin. She has a great marriage, four kids and a body to rival most 20-somethings," a source told British magazine Closer.
"She's promised she's done with surgery. The boob job scare was a nightmare for her and she's vowed to never put herself or the kids through that again."
Tori is a lean UK size 6-8, but sparked concern when she flaunted a worryingly thin figure back in 2009. The 40-year-old star now has a more refreshing attitude to diet and exercise.
"She has learnt more about healthy eating," a friend added to the publication.
"She realises she can eat well without the constant fear of putting on weight."
Tori previously opened up about her botched boob job.
During an appearance on US breakfast show Good Morning America in 2011 she revealed: "Well I got my boobs done... in my early 20s. If I had known that it would or could possibly impact production of [breast] milk, I wouldn't have had them."
