VB's 'new beauty goals'
Victoria Beckham has reportedly decided to overhaul her diet and beauty regime to ensure she looks her best.
The 40-year-old fashion designer has had a busy few weeks, jetting around the world to Shanghai and New York as well as spending time at her home in London. It's claimed the hectic schedule has left Victoria thinking she needs to take good care of herself.
"Victoria's been doing daily workouts with [celeb trainer] Tracy Anderson and having daily anti-ageing vitamin injections of collagen-boosting supplements and antioxidants for the skin," a source told British magazine Heat.
The star has apparently also started thinking about the fuel she puts into her body. She has enlisted the help of an expert to insist she is having the best foods to help her energy levels sore and make her look her best.
"She's also working with Kimberly Snyder [a top LA nutritionist] and has a new diet including 'glowing green' smoothies for breakfast, an avocado and salmon salad for lunch, pineapple or carrots as a mid-afternoon snack and an evening curry of vegetables, flax seeds, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and a small amount of fish," the insider explained.
Part of Victoria's lifestyle overhaul is said to be because of her recent birthday. While she is proud to be getting older, she wants to ensure she looks as good as possible over the years.
"Vic looks at people like Demi Moore and Kate Beckinsale, who look a decade younger than they actually are. Now she's turned 40, her main focus is not showing her age, so she's pulled out all the stops," the insider added.
