According to a top plastic surgeon, Victoria Beckham could have had lip fillers recently.

The designer stepped out with a full pout while shopping in New York City recently.

According to a top plastic surgeon, the former Spice Girl may have had some help in the form of plumping injections.

"The giveaway is the side shot," Dr. Alex Karidis told British magazine new! while looking at recent pictures of the star.

"There's more projection and lip curl, and a bit of an edge on the lip, which is indicative of having some sort of filler."

Victoria looked relaxed in classic aviator sunglasses and a chic camel-coloured top as she shopped in Barneys.

Dr. Karidis claims she has gone for a nice, natural look with her pout.

"It's impossible to say which one [filler], as there are over 60 types. This has the look of hyaluronic acid, which is temporary - it should last between four and six months," he said.

"It's more pronounced when you've just had it done, and she seems to have more on the top lip, which would make sense as the bottom lip is naturally fuller anyway. She has done well not to overdo it."

Victoria's pout was emphasised with her signature, natural gloss.

The star recently revealed her go-to product is bargain buy Stila Lip Glaze.
