Zoë Kravitz reveals stylish childhood

Actress and singer Zoë Kravitz grew up "loving" accessories.

The actress-and-singer has been a fan of experimenting with clothes and accessories since she was younger. Zoë has recalled being overwhelmed with excitement while wearing the black headband complete with mouse ears and a big red, spotty bow.

"My earliest memory was when I was three years old, loving a pair of Minnie Mouse ears my mom put on my head," she told British magazine Grazia. "They blew my mind. I was a costume kid, so I loved accessories."

The 24-year-old beauty has explored her fascination with accessories by designing jewellery for Swarovski. Zoë loves wearing crystals, unusual costume jewels and vintage pieces.

To ensure she is always ready for the red carpet, Zoë follows a sensible eating regime and takes good care of her skin. She admits there is one product she can't live without when it comes to keeping her body hydrated.

"Coconut oil. I put it on everything, including my hair and my skin," the star said. "I also couldn't live without avocados, I eat them every day and they make everything better: burgers, breakfast - everything.

"I'm really good at making sandwiches. It's mostly about ratio, so delicious toasted bread, avocado, turkey, salt, pepper and some rocket. Just perfect."
