Zoe Saldana: I'm no snacker

Zoe Saldana doesn't believe in snacking and eating "small".

The slender actress has always been a fan of living healthily and will be looking after her body even more now that she's pregnant with rumoured twins.

Her mantra is never to eat "small" and the 36-year-old can't imagine snacking on little bits of food.

"I eat good, decent, hefty meals, but not in-between," she explained to British magazine Women's Health. "It just disrupts everything. I look at those little granola bars and I'm like, 'Why am I going to waste my calories on a f**king little bar that keeps me hungry?'"

Zoe admits she's calmed down her exercise regime a little recently but that she also misses the rush she gets from working out. However, she also thinks she's taken weight loss a bit far in the past.

"I'm exactly where I want to be," she smiled. "I do feel beautiful in a way that even when I was working out a whole lot, I sometimes didn't.

"Because there have been times that I was really slender and I didn't like that I sometimes looked a little too muscular and flat chested - you'll never be completely happy, so at the end of the day it's like, 'F**k it. Just be happy regardless.'"

The Guardians of the Galaxy star looks amazing for her age and many women would be envious of her physique. However, even Zoe worries about the clock ticking.

"I do look in the mirror and see things I don't want," she said. "My first reaction is [gasp] and then I breathe and think, 'I'm a woman, I'm 36, my body is changing.'"
