Fashion spy: I love how modest and ladylike Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s style is

Lucy Bradley (28), Make-up artist, Bangor.

Wore what? Top, £18, jeans, £20, both Miss Selfridge; sleeveless jacket, £10, Primark; shoes, £22, New Look; bag, £20, Next.

Why? I’m a very modest dresser. I like my look to be simple — I think it looks more modern. I prefer block colours over patterns and prints.

Who? Ellie Goulding’s style is very similar to my own. Her outfits are never excessive.

Melissa O’Neill (20), student, Larne.

Why? I would say my style is feminine and relaxed.

Who? I love how modest and ladylike Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s style is. Her typical look is a brown coat and big sunglasses, and she always looks great.

Why? I would describe my style as casual with a mix of different bright colours. I don’t like anything too dark or dull.

Who? I like Demi Moore’s street style because it’s casual and achievable. She looks amazing when she’s dressed up for the red carpet.

Grainne Dixon (21), student, Londonderry.

Why? My style could be described as girly and colourful. I add flowery patterns and brighter colours to my outfits.

Who? I think Ariana Grande is a great example of the ‘girly girl’ style. She wears a lot of bright colours, her look is fun.

Hannah Begum (20), student, Belfast.

Wore what? Top, £20, jeans, £20, both Zara; jacket, £80, Topshop; shoes, £25, New Look; bag, £160, Michael Kors.

Why? I would say my look is quite sophisticated and I do make the effort to look good. I wear heels a lot — I never really go casual.

Who? Beyoncé is very glamorous. Her style is so sophisticated and I think she always looks stunning.

Why? I buy all my outfits from high street stores so I would say my style is fresh and modern. I like a vibrant look.

Who? I think that Rita Ora’s style is really cool. She wears a lot of colour, like me.

Philippa Carson (19), student, Belfast.

Why? My style is always very feminine and bright. I go for a sophisticated look, but I do sometimes dress casually.

Who? I love Vanessa Hudgens for her bohemian style — her outfits at Coachella were so pretty.

Louise Denvir (28), cruise ship singer, Glengormley.

Wore what? Top, £5.99, hat, £15, both H&M; jeans, £45, Topshop; jacket, £35, BCBG; boots, £42, Steve Madden; bag, £30, TK Maxx.

Why? My look is quite simple most of the time. I like to wear a mix of colours and prints in my outfits.

Who? I really admire Daisy Lowe’s fashion choices. Her look is feminine and chic and she even looks great dressed casually.
