Cooking duo the Hairy Bikers are set to take over the Millennium Forum for two dates during Londonderry’s year as UK City of Culture.

BBC travelling foodies Si King and Dave Myers will be arriving in the city as part of the new UK-wide tour Hairy Bikers: Larger than Live tour on April 9 and 10, 2013.

Tickets for the event went on sale at the weekend and are now available to purchase from the Forum’s box office.

The tour has been a phenomenal success with some theatres already sold out four months before the launch.

The two chefs have promised fans “a proper night out” which in Hairy Bikers’ style may include everything from strip-tombola to a dinner party being cooked and hosted live on stage. Some audience members will get to taste some of the food on offer.

Tickets are priced at £25.50, telephone 71 264455 or visit www.millenniumforum.co.uk for bookings.
