There’s no denying it, winter is well and truly upon us and as the evenings are drawing in, many of us will be finding ourselves spending a lot more time indoors.

But how many of us think about adapting our home surroundings with the seasons especially considering half of us admit to feeling fairly depressed about the prospect of a long cold winter?
