The Belfast Telegraph has researched the market to pinpoint the 15 most expensive homes in Northern Ireland  currently looking for a new owner. And the findings show if you have the financial means and are in the market for a luxury bolthole, there are plenty of palatial pads to choose from.

Late last year Templeton Robinson revealed how it had a waiting list of affluent house hunters who were specifically looking at the upper end of the property market for abodes valued between £1m and £2m. The estate agent said it had a dozen would-be buyers just itching to invest up to £2m in their dream home.

The 15 homes at the highest end of the property market are dotted all over Northern Ireland with property in  Hillsborough, Dromore, Killyleagh and Bangor.
