The eagerly awaited pavilion conversion at the heart of the landmark Belvoir Park development launches today with the opening of a new show house.

The impressive show house features sumptuous interiors created by leading design consultant Claire Hammond and is set within one of the original Edwardian Pavilions at Belvoir Park.

Each of the historic pavilion buildings are being converted into six luxury townhouses with views across delightful formal gardens.

The pavilions were originally designed by renowned Belfast architects Young and Mackenzie who were responsible for many landmark buildings around the city including the iconic Scottish Provident Building, the Robinson & Cleaver and Anderson & McAuley department stores.

Dating back to the Edwardian era, the wonderful architectural features have been retained during a meticulous restoration by listed building specialists Sutherland Architects, creating beautiful living spaces with blend original features with designs for modern living.
