Judith and David Lowry from Bangor are celebrating the birth of their third child.

Bella Kate Lowry weighed 8lbs and measured 54cms when she was born at the Ulster Hospital in Dundonald on April 3 at 11.10pm.

Medical sales rep Judith (32) and David (40), who is an Autoglym sales rep, were thrilled to welcome a daughter into the world.

"She was a Good Friday baby," Judith said.

"I couldn't believe it was a wee girl. We were delighted. Our family is definitely complete now. She looks like me when I was a baby."

Bella's older brothers Harrison (6) and Joseph (4) are enjoying the new addition to the family.

"They dote on her, especially the older one", Judith said.

"They are helping me to feed her and going to get nappies."

Judith praised staff the Ulster for the care they provided.

"They were great. Everyone was very good. I was readmitted to hospital on Easter Monday and was only released on Friday.

"Bella was great but I was very sick, but we are all good now."

Judith and David would like to thank their friends and family for their love and support since Bella's arrival.

"Whenever I was sick in hospital, my mum and dad and brother and David's family were very supportive.

"They helped us out a lot and there were some fantastic midwives when I was readmitted. They were very good."
