Recipe: Char-sui pork fillet with plum sauce

What you'll need
Pork fillet (approx 450gms)
for the Marinade
4 tbls treacle
2 tbls dark soy sauce
3 tbls dry sherry or white rum
1 jar plum sauce (available in Oriental shops)
Three or four plums
Mix marinade ingredients in saucepan, heat and when well mixed, pour over pork in a food bag and seal.
Marinade pork for four hours, turning once or twice.
Cut plums in half and poach plums in water or white wine and sugar until soft.
Remove stones and mix with plum sauce.
Cook pork over barbecue for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve with warm plum sauce.
