Recipe: Chicken in mustard sauce

Try out these fantastic Dale Farm dishes that will brighten up even the dullest winter days.

What you'll need

6 tbsp Dale Farm Half Fat Crème Fraiche

4 x 100g chicken breasts, cut into strips

6 large shallots, peeled and sliced

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

Spray oil

SERVES 4

Spray a large pan with oil and gently fry the shallots, until they are transparent.

Add the chicken and stir-fry for six to eight minutes, until the chicken is cooked and browned all over.

Remove from the heat and add the mustard and crème fraiche.

Reheat slowly for around three minutes, until piping hot, serve with basmati rice or couscous and vegetables.
