Recipe: Easy to pack mince wraps
Try these fabulous Philadelphia recipes for a perfect picnic that will be great outdoors
What you'll need
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, ready chopped
300g extra-lean minced beef
2tsp chilli powder (according to taste)
400g can tomatoes
100g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
8 soft tortilla wraps
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and mince and fry until browned (five to seven minutes).
Add the chilli powder and tomatoes, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Season to taste.
Warm the tortillas according to instructions on pack, spread each with Philadelphia garlic and herbs and top with some of the mince mixture, fold up and serve with mixed salad.
