Recipe: Honey pepper buttered roast parsnips

Celeb chef and Golden Cow ambassador Paula McIntyre shows you how to butter people up with some tasty Christmas dishes

What you'll need

500g peeled parsnips, cut into chunky pieces

75g soft Golden Cow butter

1 tsp crushed peppercorns

1 tbsp honey

Serves 4

Boil the parsnips for 5 minutes and drain. Mix the butter with the pepper and honey. Toss the parsnips in the butter and place on a roasting tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
