Recipe: La bastille prunes and armagnac

What you'll need
100g of sugar
100ml of Armagnac
1/6 of a star anise
¼ vanilla pod
First, boil the Armagnac with the star anise and vanilla pod and sugar. Remove from heat once the sugar has dissolved and pour over the prunes.
Place in a dish, cover with cling film and let the steam out once the fruit has cooled. Add a spoonful of natural yogurt and some of the syrup the prunes were cooked in.
