Recipe: Piri piri chicken kebabs

What you'll need
4 large Moy Park chicken thighs, boneless|& skinless
½ red onion
2 garlic cloves
1-2 bird’s eye chilies
1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 wooden skewers
Turn oven on to 200°C/gas 6/400°F and then place a large griddle pan onto a high heat. Put two chicken thighs onto each skewer. Drizzle the chicken thighs with olive oil and season generously before placing onto the pre-heated griddle pan. Cook until golden on each side.
Blitz all other ingredients together to make the sauce, add chicken skewers to a roasting pan and pour the piri piri sauce over the chicken.
Put the chicken skewers with sauce in the oven for 30-35 minutes until cooked.
Serve with savoury rice.
