Recipe: Seaside fish finger crusty rolls

Try these fabulous Philadelphia recipes for a perfect picnic that will be great outdoors
What you'll need
4 frozen fish fingers
60g Philadelphia Original
Grated rind ½ lemon
Black pepper to taste
15g salad leaves
2 crusty rolls
Cook the fish fingers according to the instructions on the pack. Cut the rolls in half, horizontally.
Mix the Philadelphia with the lemon and pepper, spread onto the rolls, top with salad leaves and then the fish fingers. Serve.
