What you'll need
225g (8oz) white chocolate
200ml (7fl oz) Dale Farm double cream
1½ tsp finely grated orange rind and 4 tbsp juice
Skewers of cubed Jamaican ginger cake, slices of apples, orange, banana and strawberries, and marshmallows for dipping
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a fondue pot or small saucepan.
Add the cream, orange rind and juice, and heat very gently, stirring frequently, until the chocolate has melted. Serve straight from the fondue or a heat proof bowl and serve with assorted ‘dippers’.
