Celebrity chef Brian Turner shows some simple ways to spice up meals with some of his terrific Tabasco recipes.

What you'll need

4 Galtee Big Ten Sizzler sausages

8 Galtee Tendercure streaky bacon, rinded

4 tortillas

Few dashes Tabasco Original sauce

Approx 16 potato wedges, pan-fried

For the sauce

Tomato ketchup mixed with a good shake of Tabasco Original sauce to taste


Heat a non-stick pan and cook the sausages for 7-8 mins, turning frequently until lightly browned. Remove from pan.

Starting from one end, wrap two rashers of bacon around each sausage. Return to pan and cook until sausages are cooked and bacon is crisply brown.

Meanwhile, heat the tortillas according to packet instructions and sprinkle with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.

Sprinkle wedges with Tabasco. Place four down in the centre of each tortilla and top with a bacon-wrapped sausage. Fold over tortilla and wrap in paper napkin and tie with string.

Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with sauce on the side.
