The 'mashup' drew its biggest crowd this time around - with over 400 people packing into a grand circus-style marquee.
While traditional expos often focus merely on the tech and a certain degree of formality, Friday Night Mashup offers a chance for like-minded individuals to meet with other big thinkers, technology enthusiasts, investors and media.
In the shadow of Belfast's most famous and iconic man-made structures - Harland and Wolff's cranes Samson and Goliath - US industry executives from Intel, as well as home-grown talent, joined entertainment from Northern Ireland's very own illusionist David Meade.
This was the third time around for the Friday Night Mash-up - the event hosted quarterly, aiming to connect, engage and inspire tech talent.
Some of the biggest names in tech investment - Jon Vanhala from Thesis Venture Studios and Matthew Gonzales from appbackr - also spoke to the sell-out crowd.
Then, rapping things up as night drew in was punk godfather and founder of the Good Vibrations record label, Terri Hooley.
The 'mashup' is a regular event series, created to "connect and empower Northern Ireland's entrepreneurs to go out and take on the world".
This time around it was supported by headline sponsor Concentrix, and Invest NI, Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Little Big Shot, NI Science Park, Propel and Queen's University - with the Belfast Telegraph acting as media partners.
June's event was the first time the meet-up was held in the new surroundings of a big top circus tent – with free beer and BBQ and music.
