Fuller's 1845
First brewed in 1995 to mark the Chiswick brewery's 150th anniversary, it's now a regular beer and twice winner of CAMRA's Champion Bottled Beer award. It bursts with Fuller's traditional orange fruit character, balanced by peppery Goldings hops, chocolate and raisins.

I fear there's little chance that any of these brews will ever be found on the shelves of Town Liquors, 100th and Western Avenue in Chicago. Hopefully, in the tradition of "the custmer's always right" the manager, Tom Gibbons, will have some shipped over for local connoisseurs.

I'd love to try them all! Let's see which of them Trader Joe's carries.
