'Where is Sunderland?' Lindsay Lohan live tweets EU referendum results
As results of the EU referendum came in from across Britain overnight, Lindsay Lohan flooded twitter with her opinions on the historic vote.
She watched news outlets carefully as the votes came in, tweeting to the BBC and her million of followers on social media.
The 29-year-old former child star said she wanted the UK to remain the the European Union so that they could "be smart, pay attention and work hard to buy Chanel".
She added: "Where's Sunderland? Does Sarah Palin live there? Lol"
The 29-year-old demanded to know what was "wrong" with areas voting to leave and thanked the "pure hearted people" of Shetland for voting to Remain.
She reassured followers that she had not been hacked and continued to live tweet throughout the night but has remained silent since the official announcement that the UK has voted to leave the EU.
