Young Enterprise NI, in partnership with the Tayto Group is running an exciting new programme and competition for Year 9 students across NI in the forthcoming school year 2009-10.
The programme targets Year 9 students and aims to present teams within schools the opportunity to develop a realistic and viable business proposition that will be developed and produced for the local market. Students will be tasked with devising a concept based on a new flavour, new shape or new packaging variant for Tayto. Competition for the overall £5,000 prize with a laptop for each team member is fierce, with over 30 schools entering the list is now down to 9 following a VIP trip to Tayto Castle in Tandragee.
It's now over to each of the schools to drum up support and secure votes for their idea. The top five schools with the most votes will progress to the final stage of innoTAYTOrs, an exciting 'Dragon's Den' style event in May. So have a look at the entries and vote for your favourite below.
