A High Court judge is to formally quash decisions by Education Minister Caitriona Ruane and her Department which stopped a Co Tyrone school gaining nearly £15m to build new premises.
Mr Justice McCloskey also awarded Loreto Grammar its costs in bringing a challenge where it is estimated the final bill could be close to six figures.
However, his orders — which could clear the way for the school project to be financed — have been put on hold for 28 days to allow the Department time to consider an appeal.
