The long-awaited Education Bill — which would allow the creation of a single education authority — has been delayed again, this time on a legal issue.
A spokeswoman said the Attorney General had raised an issue which may require minor redrafting.
“The minister intends to bring the Bill to the next Executive meeting,” she added.
