Built in 2002 and with an estimated value of £5m, the first housing scheme undertaken by Ferguson Homes in the Newtownards area was Ballyharry.

Designed in collaboration with Alan Patterson Design, the use of hand cut clay facing bricks and the fine details put into the specification of the site the scheme represented good value for money at the time for discerning homeowners.

Mr Jeffrey, a resident of the housing scheme, said “This was our first family home. The unique style of the house appealed to my wife and I as we were starting a family and the rooms sizes provided us with great accommodation. The build quality of the houses was excellent and seven years on this is still evident.”
