Officially opened with a spectacular launch party in March 2008, the major saw construction of covered streets on multi-levels connected to existing city centre streets ensuring there are no doors to the development and it remains open for the public to pass through 24 hours a day.
Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie said: “Now we can see an example of a live, work and play area for all of the people who live here.”
