Four arrested after man shot in west Belfast
A man was in a stable condition in hospital after he was shot in the chest on the outskirts of west Belfast.
The man, 27, was approached by three to four masked men while walking between Dairy Farm and Twinbrook shortly after 7.30pm on Friday.
Several shots were fired as he attempted to run off. One hit him on the side of the chest.
His condition is described as stable but not life threatening.
Police said they were treating the incident as attempted murder. They arrested four men aged 30, 32, 38 and 38.
