Grieving Dunseith back on the radio
Grieving David Dunseith will bravely return to the airwaves tomorrow as a poignant tribute to his beloved wife Roisin who died last week.
The veteran broadcaster is to host his weekly Seven Days chat show on BBC Radio Ulster tomorrow morning only four days after his wife’s funeral.
David has told friends he’s going back into the studio because that is what Roisin, a former reporter with UTV, would have wanted.
“David is obviously still distraught at losing Roisin,” said a friend. “But he’s convinced that she would have been encouraging him to get back to doing what he does so well.”
The former Talkback presenter has received many messages of condolence, including scores from Radio Ulster listeners.
