I am in my early 40s and I am bothered with tinnitus. I am in good health apart from this and take no medication.
You could try taking a combination of the herbal remedy Plantago (Lance leaf Plantain) and Ginkgo Biloba to help improve the circulation to the head and inner ear, and strengthen and protect the ear, nose and throat tract.
I hope you can help me. I have had psoriasis for about a year now. I have used creams and lotions from my GP but nothing has been able to keep it under control. Is there anything you can suggest?
To achieve the best results avoid alcohol, coffee, tea, chocolate, citrus fruits and pork products. You could also take a good vitamin, mineral and trace element preparation such as Anduvite, together with one Indian Pill, first thing in the morning. Indian Pills is a treatment used for psoriatic conditions and contains ingredients such as chamomile, aloe, coriander leaves and cardomen.
I am suffering with my stomach at the moment. I have gastric tendencies, nausea and a lot of wind (burping). I lost my appetite but that is now improving.
You could try DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated Liquorice) to provide soothing relief for the stomach and the digestive tract. This is a liquorice tablet that should be chewed till it forms a paste before swallowing. You could also read my book Stomach and Bowel Disorders for further information and advice.
A few years ago I cut my toe, which turned into Cellulitis. This has left me with an ugly large red mark on my leg. Do you know of any ointment etc, which would reduce the discolouration and discomfort?
If the cellulitis were still active then it would benefit you to take Echtrosept-T, a natural immune booster, together with vitamin C and Zinc to help with the healing process. Externally, you need to keep the skin well moisturised using a good quality moisturiser. If you feel that it is infected then you could use Manuka Care Cream, if not, then you could try Calendula Salbe, mornings and evenings, which will aid the healing of the skin.
I would like some help with my angina. I feel tired all the time and fall asleep when I sit down. Is there anything I can take that can ease my symptoms?
There is a natural remedy called Crataegus (Hawthorn), which is used for angina. Crataegus helps improve the circulation to the heart, improve the efficiency of the heart muscle and helps calm the heart. There are no restrictions on long-term use but it should be taken over a period of six months to be effective. You could also read my book Heart & Blood Circulatory Problems for further information and advice.
