First of all, what the hell is a 'peace wall?' Walls are built either to keep people in (Berlin Wall) or to keep people out (Belfast sectarian areas). These walls are a disgrace and speak poorly to the fact that the majority of people in Northern Ireland are being held hostage to the bigotry and hatred of a few.

The sad thing is that these walls could be removed physically in a matter of days, but what about the walls of hatred in the hearts of those who have been raised in this environment all of their lives?

We can only hope and pray that one day these fine people will learn to live in peace again.
