Luxury apartments at Belfast city's newest landmark are about to be unveiled.
Prospective buyers at the Residence in Victoria Square will get a chance to
view the new show apartment tomorrow.
The Residence has 106 apartments in Multi Development's £400m Victoria
Square scheme.
Apartments here are a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments,
including penthouses, ranging in size from 520£1,000 sq ft and priced from
£205,000 upwards.
Those who splash the cash at the city's hottest new address can expect ultra
stylish accommodation. The interior furnishings of the two bedroom, 839 sq
ft show apartment on William Street South has been designed by Belfast
company Fun Interiors. Founder of the company Nita Sargent, said: "On
commissioning of the Victoria Square apartment the aim was to create a city
living lifestyle choice of vibrant urban chic with a Mediterranean touch."
Lighting specialists, Lighting Inspirations were called in to create a hint
of decadence with an Opulent Strauss Crystal Chandelier hung in the living
area of the apartment.
The upstairs area of the spacious penthouse apartment, meanwhile, is a
multi-functional space with double sleeping, study area and ensuite bathroom.
Work by Terry Bradley, one of Ireland's leading artists, is present in
artwork in the apartment as well as within the communal parts of the
building. One piece of Terry's art, the Manhattan Showgirls taken from his
New York Burlesque series, is replicated and on view in the communal welcome
hall.
Over 17 million people are expected to visit Victoria Square every year,
placing it in the top 10 shopping centres in the UK. To date over 1.2
million have enjoyed the experience.
More retailers are due to open in the coming weeks and months as shop
fit-outs are completed.
